Alexis Lace's creative journey began at an early age when she started writing songs at just 12 years old. Though her early passion for music was undeniable, it was the world of acting that first drew her into the spotlight. Alexis quickly made a name for herself as a professional actor, but when the pandemic brought the entertainment industry to a standstill, she found herself at a crossroads. With time to reflect and a deep-seated love for music still within her, she decided to revisit her first love: songwriting.

During this period of global uncertainty, Alexis channeled her emotions and experiences into her music, culminating in the release of her debut album, Oxygen. This post-grunge record captured the raw intensity and introspection that marked her return to the music scene. Yet, the lockdowns also afforded Alexis the time to explore and fall in love with new genres, expanding her musical palette in unexpected ways.

Determined to take full control of her creative process, Alexis built a home studio, where she not only wrote but also produced her own music. Immersed in this newfound freedom, she began working on her second album, promising a sound that reflects the diverse influences she's embraced.

Alexis Lace is now forging a unique path, blending her acting experiences with her evolving musical artistry. 

Her upcoming third album promises to be her most honest, daring, and scathing work yet. While it takes on a more upbeat vibe compared to her earlier work, it still retains the angsty essence that defines her sound. This new project blends influences from pop  music, trip hop, trap, electronic music, and hip hop, creating a dynamic, genre-crossing experience that pushes her artistry to new heights.
